Privacy Policy

Last updated November 4, 2026. This covers the Sense AI tester program run by Sense Intelligence Inc. ("Sense AI", "we").

What we collect

• Your first name, mobile number and, if you give it, your email address.
• When you are free to take tests, and whether you are Online.
• Your replies to our texts, and whether you took or skipped an offer.
• Recordings and transcripts of the test calls you take, and the answers you give in them.

How we use it

To text you paid test offers and sign-in codes, run test calls, pay you, and decide which tests to offer you. The company whose product you tested receives the recording and transcript of your call, and a summary of your answers. We do not include your phone number or email in it.

Text messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Who else handles your data

Service providers that run the program for us: our text and call providers, hosting and database, speech-to-text, the AI models that run and review calls, and our payout providers: PayPal, which gets the Venmo number or PayPal email you give us to pay you, and Tremendous, which gets your name to pay you. They may use it only to provide those services. We do not sell your personal information.
